Gibbs Oil has openings for Convenience Store Assistant Managers

The basic duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

To learn and perform all aspects of assisting the manager and the assistant manager with the day to day running of the station, station appearance, completing both daily and shift paperwork, completing counts, stocking, ordering and keeping the location fully stocked at all times, customer service, cleaning, shift coverage and training employees.

Some Position Requirements are, but not limited to:

Experience in Retail and Customer Service Maintaining a clean, customer friendly store environment. Can work without constant supervision Can handle a fast-paced work environment Is a team player and can motivate employees to do the same

Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings and/or nights, as needed

Reports all unusual occurrences, environmental or maintenance issues Has a valid driver's license and is able to drive as needed for business

Physical Requirements Include:

Comfort with having to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 25

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.75 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
