What You'll Do

- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, merchandising, and scheduling

- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve and exceed sales goals

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through styling and personalized service

- Execute brand initiatives, floor sets, and visual merchandising standards

- Manage inventory control and backroom organization

- Build strong community engagement and promote local events

- Partner with district and corporate leaders to drive growth strategies

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years retail leadership experience (Store Manager or Assistant Manager

preferred)

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks

- Flexibility to travel for training and new store openings

Current Store Locations: Alabama, New York, Kansas, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee,

Texas--with more opening in 2025!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
