What You'll Do

- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations

- Act as Leader on Duty when scheduled, guiding and motivating associates

- Help drive sales performance and deliver personalized guest experiences

- Assist in merchandising, floor sets, and maintaining store presentation

- Oversee backroom organization, inventory control, and operational procedures

- Lead by example--keeping the store upbeat, organized, and ready for guests

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year retail leadership experience (Key Holder, Supervisor, or similar role)

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks

(climbing, reaching, squatting)

- Flexibility to travel for training and new store openings

Current Store Locations: Alabama, New York, Kansas, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, &

Texas--with more opening in 2025!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
