What You'll Do

Act as

Leader on Duty

, supporting the Store Leader and guiding the team Drive sales through coaching, motivating, and leading by example Deliver outstanding guest service and help style personalized looks Assist with floor sets, merchandising, and visual presentation Support operational tasks including opening/closing procedures and backroom organization Promote sales events and foster team excitement around brand goals Provide training, feedback, and development opportunities to associates

Requirements

At least 1 year of retail experience; leadership or keyholder background preferred Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel for training

Current Store Locations:

Alabama, New York, Kansas, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky & Wisconsin -- with new openings planned for 2025!
