What You'll Do

As

Leader on Duty

, guiding associates with direction from the leadership team. Motivate and coach team members to reach and exceed sales goals Engage with guests, style outfits, and deliver a personalized shopping experience Assist with merchandising, floor sets, and creative brand initiatives Support store operations: opening/closing procedures, inventory, and backroom management Promote brand events and build community connections Lead by example. Keeping the store upbeat, organized, and guest ready

Requirements

Minimum 1 year retail leadership experience (Key Holder, Supervisor, ASM, or similar) Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks like climbing ladders, reaching, and squatting Flexibility to travel for training or new store setups when needed

Alabama, New York, Kansas, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, & Texas with even more coming in 2025!

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
