Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Retail Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for retail, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team to achieve store goals.

Duties

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management and merchandising strategies. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of store presentation. Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and company policies. Collaborate with the Retail Manager on strategic planning initiatives to enhance store performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and employee development. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing the shopping experience. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
