Duties
Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management and merchandising strategies.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of store presentation.
Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and company policies.
Collaborate with the Retail Manager on strategic planning initiatives to enhance store performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and employee development.
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing the shopping experience.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
