Dear Lucy is a locally owned boutique that has been delivering a curated selection of fashionable women's shoes, clothing, and accessories to Burlington for over 40 years - now in a new location with a fresh new look!

We're looking for an Assistant Manager who excels on the sales floor and can help lead our current team through the Holiday season and beyond. The ideal candidate has a positive, enthusiastic attitude, a love for fashion, and a willingness to work closely with customers.

This is a full-time position, Sunday - Thursday, 32-40 hours per week. Availability throughout the Holiday season is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers and sharing product knowledge Supporting the team with daily operations and sales goals Merchandising product Creating content for social media Handling inventory, shipping, and receiving Participating in window displays and creative in-store projects

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
