is looking for an enthusiastic Store Leader Associate/Assistant Manager to join our Shoe Family!

Our store hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm, and Saturday, 10:00am-5:00pm. No nights required and Sundays off!

The ideal Sales Associate will:

Create a friendly and welcoming environment by sharing Footwear/Orthotic knowledge to our customers and patients Have a willingness to learn, bring enthusiasm, and have ability to create a personal touch: this is what our culture is all about! Focus on store growth and culture. Be accountable for store performance and customer/patient needs. Be a contributor: bring innovation and energy to our family and community Be adept at identifying customer and patient needs, present solutions, and answer questions about our products and services Have a desire to service our customers and patients to build their trust and leave our store satisifed!

Skills

Proven work experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Sales Associate, Qualified Sales Associate, or similar roles. Basic math skills and ability to learn POS (point-of sale) system Excellent communication skills Enthusiasm to grow Strong customer service skills High school degree
