What You'll Do:

Assist residents with restorative programs such as range-of-motion, ambulation, and strengthening exercises Support individualized care plans to promote mobility and functional independence Accurately document progress and communicate with nursing staff Encourage and motivate residents through positive, person-centered care Partner with therapy and nursing teams to ensure residents reach their goals

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

in good standing in relevant state Previous experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred) Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered Strong team player with excellent communication skills Ability to lift up to 25 pounds - physical work is a primary part of the job Able to stand, bend and walk for extended time periods

Salary/ Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
