Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring dryer vent, and hvac duct work to debris free, air quality standard for OSHA. This role requires a strong understanding of restoration processes and the ability to work effectively in various environments. The Restoration Technician will utilize both hand and power tools to carry out restoration tasks while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Perform water damage restoration, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes. Conduct mold remediation and asbestos abatement in compliance with safety regulations. Execute fire restoration tasks, including cleaning soot and smoke damage from structures and contents. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various restoration projects. Clean carpets and other surfaces as part of the restoration process. Assess damage levels and develop effective restoration plans in collaboration with team members. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Communicate with clients regarding the restoration process, timelines, and any necessary follow-up actions.

Experience

Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with dryer vents Experience with mold remediation practices is a plus. Knowledge of fire restoration processes will be beneficial. Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively is essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results are required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 60lbs
