Blanket Fort Hope is a Christ-centered nonprofit serving child survivors of trafficking, with the Restoration Home providing a safe, long-term place for girls ages 12-18 to heal and thrive.

Restoration Care Specialist

This role at Blanket Fort Hope will make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth who have experienced trauma and are in need of a safe, stable, and supportive environment.



Provide clinical support and case management for residents Minister the gospel of Jesus Christ to co-workers, clients and ministry partners Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team Coordinate services with families, schools, healthcare providers, and external agencies Advocate for the rights and well-being of youth in care Support the overall mission and values of Blanket Fort of Hope through ethical and compassionate practice Provide monthly reports to the Executive Director as assigned. Rotate after-hours, holiday, and weekend crisis management as assigned to address emergencies.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution Licensed or license-eligible in the state At least two years of relevant experience working with youth in a group home, foster care, mental health, residential, or therapeutic setting Strong skills in case management, crisis response, and trauma-informed care Excellent communication and organizational abilities Must pass all background checks and meet applicable state and agency requirements
