Job Description
Our restaurant is looking for experienced and well-trained Servers to join our team. Servers will be required to interact with customers and answer any questions they may have about the menu. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work directly with a manager and learn new skills in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders and delivering food and beverages in a prompt manner. Responsibilities:
- Present food and beverages to customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Ask customers if they would like to order food or drinks from the menu.
- Greet customers when they enter the restaurant.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure their needs are met.
- Remind customers when their food is prepared and ready.
- Take payment from customers.
- Resolve any issues or complaints made by customers and work with management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be friendly towards coworkers and management when problems arise so they can be resolved peacefully.
