Position Summary

As a Smoothie Team Member, you are the face of Jamba Juice! You'll craft our signature smoothies, bowls, and juices while delivering outstanding guest service. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, keep things clean and organized, and bring positive energy to every shift.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and provide excellent customer service. Prepare smoothies, bowls, and other menu items accurately and efficiently. Operate blenders, juicers, and other equipment safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the prep and service areas. Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies throughout the shift. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines. Handle cash and transactions accurately using the POS system. Work as part of a team to meet goals and maintain a fun, supportive environment.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old. Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Previous food service or retail experience a plus (but not required). Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
