$15.00 - $20.00 per hour (including tips)

Guest Experience Team Member

, you'll be the welcoming face of our restaurant in Cos Cob. From greeting each guest to helping them create their perfect poke bowl, you'll make a lasting impression through warmth, professionalism, and outstanding service.

What You'll Do

Greet every guest with a warm, genuine welcome--smile, eye contact, and enthusiasm Share your passion for great service by helping guests navigate our menu with confidence Give new guests a tour of the menu and offer tasting samples Make personalized recommendations and create meaningful interactions Pre-bus tables, offer drink refills and dole whip samples throughout the guest's visit Provide sincere goodbyes that leave a lasting positive impression Master our menu and ingredients, and be able to clearly explain sauces and options Stay organized and efficient--even when it gets busy Handle payments accurately using the POS system

Shift Lead Opportunities

For those with experience and leadership potential, additional responsibilities may include:

Answering team and guest questions confidently Managing deposits, drawer counts, and shift checklists

What We're Looking For

Previous restaurant or customer-facing experience Passion for providing exceptional customer service Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented mindset Strong communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during long shifts Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
