Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of food quality. Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service best practices. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving operational efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment in accordance with company standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is a plus. A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
