What You'll Bring to the Table:

Minimum age:

18+

Experience:

At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role in hospitality, entertainment, or retail A strong sense of ownership and accountability Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A team-first mentality and hands-on leadership style TIPS or ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain) is a plus

What You'll Do:

Support the FOH/BOH management team in day-to-day operations Supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth service Jump in where needed -- from guest service to food running to floor support Lead by example with energy, professionalism, and positivity Help train and onboard new team members Address guest concerns in the moment with empathy and problem-solving Monitor safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards Ensure our fun, high-energy environment is maintained throughout every shift
