Job Description
We're looking for a reliable, upbeat, and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you'll oversee daily operations during your scheduled shifts, support team members, and help ensure our guests receive outstanding service every time.
What You'll Do:
Lead and support team members throughout each shift Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Ensure food quality, service standards, and safety procedures are consistently met Handle guest concerns with professionalism and positivity Assist with training, scheduling, and daily tasks Monitor inventory and communicate needs to management
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and leadership skills A positive attitude and the ability to motivate others Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Previous supervisory or food service experience is a plus
