Team Members & Shift Leader Description:

Bubbakoo's Burritos, a leader and rapidly growing brand in the fast casual QSR

Mexican restaurant space, is seeking talented team members and shift leaders to join

our people first culture! You will be responsible for all aspects of the guest experience

from food quality, service, and facility cleanliness.

Born in Point Pleasant, New Jersey along the Jersey Shore in 2008, Bubbakoo's

Burritos has grown to more than 100 U.S. locations in 15 states.

What you will do:

? Adhere to core values for the company

? Greet customers in a friendly, upbeat manner

? Suggest menu items, upsell, and assist customers with their order

? Prepare food orders in a timely manner, while maintaining quality, and company

standards on portion sizes

? Work with our POS system

? Drive in store marketing initiatives

? Work and communicate with fellow team members

? Keep dining area, kitchen, and restrooms clean and sanitary at all times

? Follow opening and closing procedures as directed by your shift leader and

managers

? Report maintenance or safety issues to shift leaders and managers immediately

? Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments responsibly

? Follow all compliance policies, procedures, and dress codes

? Attend training sessions as needed

? Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times

Compensation & Growth:

? Competitive Pay: $15.50-$19.00 plus tips

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
