We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Leader to oversee daily operations within our bustling food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in food preparation, This role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting overall restaurant management to deliver a seamless dining experience. The Shift Leader will play a key role in fostering a positive team environment while ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise restaurant staff during assigned shifts
Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and proper food handling procedures.
Manage POS system order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with kitchen staff for efficient food production
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant.
Supervise daily operations including opening and closing procedures, shift management, and customer service excellence.
Handle customer inquiries
Experience
Proven management experience within the food industry, ideally in quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred.
Background in food preparation
Supervisory experience involving shift oversight.
Familiarity with POS systems preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 32 per week
