Then Carlyle is the place for you! As a Host or Food Runner, you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide our guests with an exceptionally distinctive dining experience!
Hosts & Food Runners earn $18/hour or more based on experience
Host duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide exceptional guest service
Offer guests a warm greeting and farewell during their visit
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions
Manage restaurant wait list to accurately set guest expectations
Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment
Food Runner duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent hospitality and a one-of-a-kind dining experience
Deliver all food orders to guests in a timely and gracious manner
Provide support for kitchen operations and quality check food as it leaves the kitchen
Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guest's expectations
