Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist guests with menu selections, providing recommendations and upselling items to enhance their dining experience. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each service.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in the food industry or nightclub settings. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and contribute to team success. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
