One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking Restaurant Servers to join the team!

Job Summary:

The Server will be responsible to provide high quality service and exceed all our customers' expectations.

Job Specifications:

Expected Pay Range: Starting $8.01 per hour plus tip pool. + The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate's qualifications and/or experience.
+ Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-time year round
- 6:30am - 3:30pm
- Weekends and holidays as needed

Job Responsibilities:

Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests. Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly. Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday.

Job Requirements:

Three months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort or private club required. Minimum of 18 years of age. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be passionate about service, and able to multi-task. Must be able to lift & move 50 pounds. Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
