We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by delivering high-quality service, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and wine pairings. Assist with food preparation as needed to ensure timely service. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting up tables and clearing dishes. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Uphold fine dining standards in both service quality and presentation.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a full service restaurant Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
