We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections. Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience. Follow sanitation guidelines and maintain compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable systems is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is advantageous. Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.
