Summary

As a Server at Perkins, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This position is essential to our commitment to exceptional service and quality food, ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing menu recommendations. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards during food handling.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A passion for providing outstanding customer service is essential.
