Job Description

As a Restaurant Server at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort, you will provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests in a luxurious and relaxed golf resort setting. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every guest receives attentive, friendly, and professional service while enjoying our high-quality food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

Greet guests warmly, present menus, and offer recommendations based on their preferences. Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly.

Order Management:

Ensure all orders are accurately recorded and communicated to the kitchen and bar staff. Check in with guests throughout their meal to address any needs or concerns.

Food & Beverage Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials, dietary restrictions, and ingredients. Provide knowledgeable answers to guests' questions about the menu items and beverages.

Table Maintenance:

Set up and clear tables efficiently. Ensure that all tableware and utensils are clean and properly set. Keep dining areas tidy and organized throughout service.

Customer Relations:

Address guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly. Work to resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate and expedite service.

Cash Handling:

Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions according to resort procedures. Provide guests with receipts and change as needed.

Safety & Cleanliness:

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
