The purpose of the Reservationist is to assist the Food and Beverage Department with making outlet reservations as requested by guests.

Responsibilities

• Return all guest inquiries in a timely manner
• Book large parties responsibly in order maintain levels of service in the outlet
• Handle guest issues concerning reservations
• Confirm large party reservations 24 hours in advance of the reservation
• Any other duties assigned by the F&B office

Qualifications

• High school diplomia or equivalent
• Previous experience with reservation software is required.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays - including every weekend and one weekday - 3 day workweeks on a part time schedule
