How do I make an impact on my team?

Our friendly Restaurant Manager works to create a positive work environment for staff while also ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and high quality food.

• Plan, develop, coordinate and implement the day-to-day operational activities of the food & beverage department
• Supervise restaurant and bar staff to include recruitment & selection, orientation, training & development, scheduling, counseling, performance management, and other employee relations\xe2\x80\x99 issues.
• Maintain food & beverage product and service quality standards by implementing policies and procedures, investigating deficiencies/complaints, and initiating corrective action
• Responsible for ordering, receiving, storing and physical count of all beverage related products.
• Ability to perform any food & beverage position at the property

What does success look like in this role?

• College degree or related work experience.
• 2 + years of food & beverage experience with two years in a management position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Willingness to openly embrace and actively demonstrate the company\xe2\x80\x99s Vision, Mission, Values, Culture and Operating Philosophy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse.
