Crust Simply Italian is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and training
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming and efficient dining experience
- Monitor and control costs, including food and labor expenses
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and food preparation techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet financial targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure calmly and effectively

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
