We are currently hiring for General Manager, Service Manager, Bar Manager and Culinary Manager positions! We are looking for high energy, systems-based managers that are capable of leading our teams and enhancing the experience of our guests.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

\xc2\xb7 2-5 years of high volume, full-service and upscale, casual restaurant management experience

\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurant while maintaining a positive, lighthearted, and fun atmosphere

\xc2\xb7 Must have a passion for developing, coaching, and mentoring people

\xc2\xb7 Expert experience with inventory systems, profit and loss, and schedule writing

\xc2\xb7 Kitchen management experience is preferred

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of successfully multitasking in fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks

\xc2\xb7 Must have the ability to work at several locations in the Charleston market

\xc2\xb7 Excellent leadership and communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong organization and listening skills

\xc2\xb7 Eye for detail

\xc2\xb7 Ability to remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic under pressure

\xc2\xb7 General Manager experience is a bonus

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

\xc2\xb7 Must have reliable means of transportation

\xc2\xb7 Must have the ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift

\xc2\xb7 Must have the ability to lift some heavy items
