Job Description

We're looking for a dependable, results driven leader who can guide a team, maintain high standards and create a positive work environment. If you love leading people and running efficient shifts, this is the role for you.

Role Responsibilities:

Open and close the restaurant Supervise team members during shifts Ensure food safety, cleanliness and quality Maintain speed of service and hospitality standards Lead the team in meeting shift goals Problem solve and recover guests, as needed

What We're Looking For:

Strong communicator with at least one year of prior leadership experience Calm, confident and focused under pressure Goal oriented with a commitment to excellent results Able to motivate and coach a team effectively

Availability:

Full time with open availability (Mon-Sat). Approx. 45 hrs/week.
