As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your core responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your strong communication and customer service skills will be essential in providing exceptional guest relations. Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha and Micros, will enhance your ability to assist with order management and streamline service. Duties:
-Always greet and seat guests with high quality customer service and hospitality.
-Manage to take to-go orders and online orders.
-Double checking orders when the costumers arrive for pick up and take payment.
-Properly greet and seat customer according to standards and procedures
-Maintain an efficient wait-list through prompt seating
-Always smile & acknowledge coming and going guests
-Make sure the all the tables are clean and properly set up and help clean tables when need it.
-Roll silverware when need it.
-Wipe down window and doors and wait station.
-Check, clean and restock front station and restroom.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a host/hostess in a restaurant setting
Strong customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with food service operations
Experience with POS systems
Background in hospitality and guest relations
Ability to manage phone etiquette and guest inquiries effectively

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
