The Karr Group--Killington, Vermont's largest hospitality management company--is hiring experienced Hosts/Hostesses to join our teams at

The Foundry at Summit Pond, The Wobbly Barn, and Charity's 1887 Saloon

, three of the area's most iconic dining destinations.

In this role, you'll be our guests' first point of contact, setting the tone for a welcoming and memorable dining experience. You'll manage reservations and take-out orders, and assist the front-of-house team in maintaining smooth service. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys engaging with guests.

Due to the nature of our business, weekend availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner Manage reservations, waitlists, and takeout orders Provide accurate information on menus and daily specials Monitor dining room flow and communicate with service staff Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entryway Assist with pre-shift setup and end-of-day closing duties

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience as a host/hostess in a busy restaurant setting Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) and reservation systems Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure Attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
