Job Summary

We're looking for an energetic and personable Host/Hostess to be the face of Henry's Louisiana Grill. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that great hospitality starts the moment a guest walks through the door. Responsibilities

Greet guests at the host stand with warm, genuine energy Escort guests to their tables while providing a friendly, welcoming experience Manage the waitlist and reservations efficiently to optimize seating and flow Answer phone calls promptly and professionally Accurately take and process to-go orders Communicate wait times to guests and coordinate with the floor team Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area Thank departing guests and invite them to return

Qualifications

Experience in a high-volume, reservation-heavy restaurant strongly preferred Familiarity with Toast POS and Toast Tables is a plus but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm, positive, and organized under pressure Professional appearance and guest-first attitude Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be a team player and a true brand ambassador

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
