Job Overview

You will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining proper sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently. Assist with setting up and cleaning tables, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly. Uphold high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation throughout the restaurant.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for processing payments. Knowledge of food service operations, including quick service fast food restaurants, is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
