Overview:
Busser (Restaurant)
A Busser (Restaurant) is responsible for ensuring the dining room, lobby, service areas, and restrooms are clean, stocked and visually appealing. Bussers assist servers by resetting tables for the next guests.
Responsibilities:
Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
Assist servers to provide the highest quality dining experience possible consistent with restaurant and regulatory guidelines
Remove used tableware and reset tables; provide clean and polished utensils, organize condiments, spot sweep carpets, wipe off chairs
Replenish station and restroom supplies as needed
Qualifications:
Have prior experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects
Have good people skills and a well-groomed appearance
Have the ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Are at least 18 years old
