Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director to oversee operations and drive growth within our designated region. Responsibilities

Lead and manage regional operations to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and enhance market presence. Oversee profit & loss management for the region, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Supervise and mentor regional managers, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction. Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts.

Experience

Proven experience in a management role with a strong emphasis on leadership and team development. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and business development. Solid understanding of profit & loss management principles with a focus on achieving financial objectives. Experience in supervising teams, with the ability to motivate and inspire others towards success. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
