We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Area Director to lead and oversee multiple restaurant locations within a designated region. This leadership role requires strategic vision, operational expertise, and strong management skills to ensure each restaurant meets its financial, service, and quality goals. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional business objectives and growth targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant managers and staff across multiple locations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards.
Monitor financial performance including profit & loss statements, budgeting, and cost control initiatives to maximize profitability.
Drive sales through effective business development strategies, marketing initiatives, and customer service excellence.
Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance guest experience.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching and training opportunities for staff development.
Collaborate with corporate leadership on new initiatives, menu rollouts, and promotional campaigns.
Manage inventory control, vendor relationships, and supply chain logistics within the region.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service across all locations in the region.
Qualifications
Proven management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry with a strong track record of supervising teams.
Demonstrated strategic planning skills with the ability to develop actionable plans aligned with business goals.
Leadership qualities that inspire teams to achieve excellence while maintaining high morale.
Experience managing profit & loss statements, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Business development expertise with a focus on increasing sales and expanding market presence.
Strong project management skills capable of overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to optimize operational workflows.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
