Schedule:
3-5 days per week approximately 3:30pm -7:30pm Flexible on days After-school hours with child Up to 20-30 hours per week
What You'll Do:
Encourage independence and skill building through positive interactions Assist with daily routines and community activities Create a safe, fun, and empowering environment Provide direct support, companionship, and guidance You'll be the mentor, role model, and hype person Encourage creativity, learning, and confidence building in everything you do Celebrate milestones, big or small, and help youth thrive emotionally, socially, and academically
