We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Caregiver to join our amazing team in supporting a wonderful man in his home.
This individual is friendly, funny, and a passionate music lover -- someone who brings joy to those around him. We're seeking someone who shares our commitment to providing compassionate, respectful, and empowering care.

Location:

Footville, WI

Wage:

$16.32 per hour

Schedule:

Care is needed 7 days per week: mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Up to 30 hours per week to be scheduled by the member.

Required Tasks:

Assist with ADLs (personal cares)
+ Assist with feeding at mealtimes + Catheter care
+ Housekeeping
+ Hoyer lift transfers
Meal prep
+

Qualifications:

+ Reliable transportation + Prior experience working with people with physical disabilities
+ Prior experience with catheter care and Hoyer lift transfers
+ Age 18 or older at start of employment
Willing to undergo a background check

If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN's role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
