IN HOME RESPITE PROVIDER - Eau Claire, WI

We are seeking a patient, passionate, and calm caregiver to support a bright and bubbly child with unique emotional and developmental needs. This is a part-time, morning weekday-only role that requires someone reliable, nurturing, and experienced in working with children who have fears around toileting and sensory sensitivities.

SHIFTS

:9AM-11AM twice a week 4 Hours total

WAGE

:$14.13 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

:Provide compassionate, calm care throughout the day Assist with feeding (including Dino Nuggets) and hydration (verbal prompting to drink water) Support with toileting and diaper changes in a respectful, encouraging way Handle meltdowns with patience (no anger, but clear boundaries - "nanny type" preferred) Provide supervision and ensure a safe, structured environment Engage in activities the child enjoys: singing (Plankton Soundtrack, Roblox songs), going on walks, Roblox play Be available on-call as backup when needed

REQUIREMENTS

:Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Must pass a background check
