IN YOUR HOME RESPITE PROVIDER FOR 2 CHILDREN - Augusta, WI

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable person to support a sibling set with high emotional needs. The children have experienced significant trauma and may become emotionally dysregulated. This role is designed to provide safe, structured, and supportive care outside of the home environment, giving the family essential time away.

SHIFTS

:5 Hours per week 2 Weekends a month (Every other weekend in your home)

WAGE

:$17.70 per hour (5 Hours per week) $200+ per day for weekend shifts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

:Provide consistent supervision and a safe, nurturing environment. Monitor for and respond appropriately to emotional escalation. Offer trauma-informed care, patience, and emotional support during challenging moments. Engage youth in healthy, positive activities that foster stability and connection. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding the children's needs and experiences during care. Follow individualized safety and care plans as provided by the family or support team.

REQUIREMENTS

:Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Must pass a background check
