We are hiring a full-time, onsite Special Education Teacher for an Elementary Resource position in Maplewood, MN for the 2025-2026 school year.

Position Overview

• Role: Elementary Resource Special Education Teacher
• Location: Maplewood, Minnesota
• Age Range: Kindergarten
• 2025-2026 school year
• Provide instruction in a welcoming, safe, and meaningful environment for students
• Implement IEPs, accommodations, and specialized instruction
• Collaborate with the Special Education team, related service providers, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and school-based initiatives
• Support student growth with evidence-based practices and interventions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid Minnesota teaching license in a Special Education field (Tier 2-4)
• Experience teaching school-aged children with disabilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Rates: $45-62/hour
