The Position:
  • Full-time supervisor within residential treatment program serving pregnant and/or parenting individuals and their children.
  • Responsibilities include supervision of residential counseling staff, milieu management, and providing life skill and parenting support to residents that are receiving treatment for substance use and mental health disorders.
  • Four ten-hour shifts.
  • Supervisor will have the opportunity to provide direct parent education and life skill support to clients in comprehensive treatment environment in collaboration with creative and supportive multi-disciplinary treatment team.
  • Opportunity for clinical supervision toward licensure and/or credentialing attainment.
What We Look For:
  • Experience working in a residential setting are required.
  • Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human services related field.
  • Experience working with parents and providing care to children.
  • Supervisory skills or relevant leadership skills, adaptability, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills preferred.
  • Looking for a candidate that is an energetic, quick problem-solver and able to work independently during non-traditional hours.
  • Ability to maintain a valid VT Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and access to reliable transportation is required; occasional statewide travel may be required.
  • Upon conditional offer of employment, must be able to successfully pass a background check.
  • Regular attendance is necessary and essential to meeting the expectations of the job.

  • Proficiency in the use of applicable hardware and software as required.
  • Ability to work some night and weekend hours as required.
