Job Title: Team Painter (2-3 Person Painting Crew )

We are a

Cleveland-based Project Management Company

seeking

skilled, reliable painters to work as independent subcontractors

. Jobs are designed for

small teams of 2-3 painters

, and all painters

must be willing to collaborate with other team members

.

Your Role

As a painter in our network, we will send

available painting contracts and you choose which ones to accept, decline, or counter

based on your schedule and preferences. Once you accept a job, you will be

paired with one or two other painters

who also accepted the contract. Together, your team will complete the project, delivering

high-quality work on time

.

Responsibilities

Interior & Exterior Painting:

Prepare surfaces, apply paint and finishes, and ensure quality craftsmanship.

Surface Preparation & Clean-Up:

Sand, caulk, mask, and leave the site clean and organized each day.

Daily Project Updates:

Send end-of-day photos and progress updates to the project manager.

Team Coordination:

Work collaboratively with your 2-3 person crew to complete projects efficiently.

Safety & Organization:

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years painting experience

(residential and/or commercial)

Team Player:

Must be willing and able to work alongside other painters in a 2-3 person team

Reliable & Communicative:

Coordinate effectively with teammates, and project managers

Self-Motivated:

Take pride in delivering quality results

Transportation & Tools:

Reliable transportation and your own painting tools and equipment

Flexible Availability:

Ability to choose how much or little you work

Cleveland, OH

Superior, Hough, Harvard, Miles, and St. Clair
