Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Residential Solar Project Manager

to join our growing family business. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience managing solar installations, and the ability to coordinate between customers, installers, city officials, and utility companies.

Responsibilities

Manage

residential solar projects

from permit submission to final inspection Coordinate with

designers, engineers, and installation crews

Submit, track, and update

permits

through portals such as LADBS, EPIC-LA, and Symbium Schedule and follow up on

city inspections

Communicate with

homeowners, inspectors, and utilities (LADWP, SCE, PG&E)

Verify plans, job cards, and installation photos for accuracy Maintain detailed project documentation and status updates Ensure projects are completed on time and meet all safety and code requirements

Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of project management experience

in solar Knowledge of

residential PV systems

, main panel upgrades, and city inspections Experience with

SolarEdge

and

Enphase

systems preferred Familiarity with

permitting portals

(LADBS, EPIC-LA, Symbium, etc.) Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills Basic computer proficiency (emails, spreadsheets, documentation)
