are seeking a dedicated and skilled Residential Solar Field Supervisor to oversee our solar

installation projects for homes. If you have a passion for renewable energy and a proven

track record in managing field operations, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily on-site residential solar installation activities. Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. Lead and mentor a team of residential solar installers, providing guidance and support. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records. Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available on site.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential solar installation, with at least 2years in a supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of residential solar PV systems, components, and installation best practices. Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations (OSHA 30 preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans. Proficiency in project management software and basic computer skills. Valid driver's license. Journeyman electrical license (preferred)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
