Position Overview
The Residential Sales Representative is responsible for the daily management of all residential sales appointments for the geographic area which they are assigned. The Residential Sales Representative is accountable for achieving sales, margin, and conversion targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our Sales Team uses a solution selling, consultative approach to working with customers. To be successful in this role, the Sales Representative will be focused on delivering the following:
Serve customers with Quality, Service, and Integrity; provide a high-level customer service experience
Achieve sales growth, margin, close rate objectives
Maintain full utilization of Salesforce program and sales processes
Clear, consistent communication throughout the sales process
Role and Responsibilities
Maintain appointment schedule and arrive to each appointment on time
Measure client backyards and compose project proposals based on project specifications, customer needs, and product preferences
Maintain high level of clear, consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process
Respond reliably and quickly to client requests and needs
Provide a professional, informed sales presentation
Achieve sales goals, margin targets
Adhere to and uphold company policies and sales procedure
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Effectively utilize Salesforce to record all appointments, emails, interactions with customers
Use digital estimating system to produce project quotes
Required Skills
