What We Offer:

Designers

typically earn between $50,000 to 90,000 per year

Experienced Designers

currently earn $90,000 or more per year

What You'll Do:

Meet with clients in their homes (leads provided) Build rapport and assess their home organization needs Design personalized solutions using our sales process and tools Present designs and help clients make confident decisions

What You Need:

No prior sales or design experience required--we'll train you! Strong people skills and a desire to help others Willingness to complete our paid 12-week training program Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
