What You'll Do

As the face of Wilson Roofing, you'll connect with homeowners, identify their roofing needs, and guide them through the sales process, from inspection to installation. Every interaction is an opportunity to educate, build trust, and close deals.

Here's what your day might look like:

Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and referrals. Conduct roof inspections, identify issues, and explain solutions clearly. Create and deliver customized quotes that fit homeowners' needs and budgets. Stay connected with clients, ensuring satisfaction before, during, and after the project. Partner with project managers and installers to ensure flawless execution. Keep up with roofing products, techniques, and market trends.

Who You Are:

Experienced in in-home or door-to-door sales (roofing, solar, pest control, alarms, or similar). A people person with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Driven and self-motivated; you set your own goals and push to exceed them. Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage appointments and follow-ups independently. A fast learner who can quickly pick up roofing basics and explain them clearly. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
